Title: Archaeological attendance during tral pit investigation at the church of St Mary Magdalene, Peckleton, Leicestershire
Description: Report of archaeological investigation while the trial holes were dug. Although the digging and refilling work was completed in late October 2020, this report was not urgent as tower repairs and raising money for them are the PCC's immediate concern. These trial holes are to assist revision and consideration of the architect's specification for drainage work, a project that was split off by the DAC from the tower work. Also personal circumstances and Covid issues meant Neil Finn was not able to complete the report immediately and the PCC responded by suggesting a target of the end of August 2021, which Mr Finn has achieved.
