Summary Description

Just off Micklegate, in a pleasant tree- shaded churchyard. The church consists externally of nave and chancel in one, north and south aisles the whole length of the building, west tower and north porch. Inside the church is limewashed and the 19th century pews are now cleared away; nave and chancel are of two bays each, with north and south chancel chapels.
