Summary Description

An uninspiring building of concrete portal frames clad with brick, render and a variety of other materials and with a semi-attached brick and concrete bell tower. Unfortunately the most noticeable feature of the building is the array of mobile phone aerials surmounting the bell tower and the associated ducting. The roof of the church is of random and diminishing Westmoreland slate and the interior has a light and airy feel if rather austere. Steel framed windows and standard roof lights do little to enhance the sense of place.
