Summary Description

The exterior of the building is faced with knapped flint in the characteristic East Anglian style. The somewhat severe west tower is of five stages with diagonal buttresses to the western angles. Just above the base of the tower is a band of decoration, consisting of flushwork on the west and incised quatrefoil motifs on the north and south.
