Summary Description

Holy Cross Church is currently Listed Grade I. The building consists of a nave, west tower, south porch, south vestry, chancel and north aisle. During the 20th century the vestry area was much extended to provide new parish facilities. There is evidence in the nave of possible Saxon fabric, otherwise the rest of the building is of the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries. There was a restoration in the 19th century.
