Summary Description

A small early Victorian neo-Norman rural church of pleasantly mottled brick and tile, set just off the minor but busy B653 road between Harpenden and Luton. The church was built in 1840-2, designed by Benjamin Ferrey at the beginning of his career. The architectural detailing is reserved for the west façade, the rest of the church being relatively plain and standard Romanesque.
