Dear Robert,

 

Further to my visit on Wednesday I can confirm that the North Transept
window appears to have been cleaned and re-leaded to a high standard, with
new mortar fillets and purpose-made guards. 

 

Regarding the white staining on ceiling timbers in the North Transept we
would recommend that these are inspected more closely when access is
available for e.g. lighting maintenance. If we can be of assistance in this
or in any other matters please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
